-amused by the proceedings, but suddenly startled by the sound of hoofbeats- Now, who could that be? I don't see anyone.

-strangely hears the same hoofbeats from far off, but recognizes them-

*looks up with a mouth full of poppies* By the pricking of my thumbs....

Quad was also alerted by the sound of hoofbeats. Zephyr began picking flowers, and started to say, You know, I've never noticed how pretty the flowers are. What about you, dad?

Quad doesn't answer - his ears are perked up and he stays still, looking off in the direction that the others are. Dad?

Zeph, be prepared to run. When I say 'go', go., Quad said to her in a low voice.

A secretary pelted deer came hurtling through from the little hill closeby to the ruins. He appeared to be flying as he ran towards one of the tall pillars and then landed on it. He never knew how that was possible, but he didnt question the magic of the forest. From his little perch he could see some more deer that appeared to be focussed on the poppies. He gave a rattling cry in their direction to let them know of his arrival. Draak then sat, wagging his little deer tail.

What? Who is it? o: -peers in the direction of the sound-

-TEARS OFF TOWARDS RUINS- GUYSGUYSGUYSGUYSGUYSGUYS. RUN. RUUUUUN. -screaming-

Obviously, she's not going to make it. A brown, orange-streaked blur pelts toward the group, its white face twisted in a permanent grotesquely-huge smile.

Draak peered down from his column at the twin deer that came bouncing by and waved at them. "Hello down thereeee" He grinned behind his skull mask.

*Quad smiled from the distance* It's only Draak. They were getting me worried for a moment.
*Zephyr hides behind a pillar* Is it safe?
*nod nod* Let's go say hi.

Quad bounds over to the newly arrived deer, Zephyr hesitantly follows.

Draak looked down. "Hmm...." He sprung off the pillar and landed on the ground, remarkably unharmed from the height. "...Yeah I'm Draak." He gave a bow of greeting. "What about you?"
