my brother at 25 or 26(I'm not sure how old he is) use to argue with himself alot. xD

I use to do so too, but not often.

I said to him once: "you're always joking when I'm here!" and he said: "no one can be serious when you're around".
Alot of people are almost never serious when they're with me o_O Not my parents either.
